• <br /> maintained in as sanitary a condition as is possible <br /> and shall be thoroughly cleansed as needed. If, upon <br /> inspection by the Administrative Authority a container <br /> is found to be in poor repair, corroded or otherwise <br /> defective the Administrative Authority shall notify, in <br /> writing, the provider or user of the container of the <br /> deficiency and shall require the repair or replacement <br /> of the container within fifteen (15) days. All <br /> container enclosures shall also be kept in good repair. <br /> Article 32.03 Signs <br /> Amend Article 32.03 -6 to: <br /> (4) Roof signs, flashing signs, motion signs and those•aigns <br /> ' giving off an intermittent or rotating beam or ray of <br /> light shall be prohibited. <br /> (7) Signs shall not be painted directly on the outside wall <br /> of a building. Signs shall not be painted on a fence, <br /> tree, stone, or other similar objects. <br /> (8) Window signs shall not exceed fifty (50) percent of the <br /> total area of the window in which they are displayed. <br /> (9) Signs and /or posters which are tacked on trees, fences, <br /> utility poles or other such permanent supports is <br /> prohibited. <br /> Amend Article 32.03 -7 to: <br /> (3) Shopping centers, warehouses and other buildings with <br /> multiple businesses shall submit a sign plan to be <br /> reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the <br /> City Council. This special use permit will be renewed <br /> annually by the City Council. Properties in <br /> noncompliance will not be renewed. <br />
