A -15 - J,iahtina. All lighting shall be shielded, deflected or <br /> diffused so as to not cause any beamed, directed or intense <br /> lighting to fall upon adjacent land being utilized for <br /> residential purposes, or to not cause andy traffic hazard. <br /> A -16 - Driveways. <br /> (1.) No driveway shall be located within forty (40) feet of <br /> any right -of -way line of a street intersection. Said <br /> distances shall be measured along the property line from the <br /> corner right -of -way line. <br /> (2.) Access drive onto county roads shall require a review <br /> by the County Engineer. This review shall be acquired prior <br /> to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> A - 17 - $penia) Use Permits,. As provided in section 64 of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Criteria for Issuance of Special Use Permit. Compatibility with the City's comprehensive plan. <br /> A -1.8 - Sienn. As provided in section 32.03 of this ordinance. <br /> A -19 - Refuse. <br /> (1.) All premises shall be provide with, at owners expense, <br /> an adequate number of approved containers to hold the <br /> garbage accumulated. by such 'premises until such garbage <br /> is removed from the premises. Such containers shall be <br /> made of metal or other suitable material, shall be <br /> water tight, insect and rodent proof, and shall be of a <br /> material not easily corrodible and equipped with <br /> suitable handles and tight fitting covers and shall be <br /> • kept covered when there is garbage stored therein. <br /> (2.) Garbage and rubbish containers shall be placed at the <br /> rear of the premises or in such a manner as to be out <br /> of view from the street. In no event shall container <br /> or their enclosures be placed or maintained in such a <br /> way to unreasonably interfere with the use or enjoyment <br /> of adjoining property. <br /> (3.) All garbage containers located adjacent to land <br /> utilized for residential purpose shall be screened with <br /> a suitable enclosure. <br /> (4.)
