P & Z <br /> will address this further at the Public Hearing before the May 3 <br /> meeting. <br /> Discussion of changes in house sizes. <br /> Chairman Tourville asked members if they were satisfied with <br /> present house sizes. Drilling - yes. Welk - yes. Lindgren - <br /> yes, with garages. <br /> Discussion of attached garages. <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Lindgren to have City staff <br /> research language and /or wording to add the requirement of <br /> attached garages for new residential construction and placement <br /> of this language in Ordinance #4, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Discussion of amendment to Ordinance #44. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Drilling to recommend adoption of the <br /> amendment to Ordinance #44 as proposed, motion carried <br /> unanimously.
