Planning and Zoning Commission Page Three September 1, 1987 motion passed unanimously. Assistant Clerk was asked to have the information at the next meeting. Discussion of Wegleitner Plat. City Attorney feels the only problem is on 60 day time limit and current Ordinance should be used. Motion by Buesseler, second by Vermeulen to grant a variance to Ordinance #8, Section 45.04 -3, Mr. Wegleitner must file within 60 days of Council approval as required by current Ordinance, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Buesseler, second by Lindgren recommending City Engineer supply City Council with written recommendation of approval of Wegleitner Plat, motion carried unanimously. Discussion of Ordinance #8 regarding land swaps. Clerk stated that Donald Opp feels he already paid his attorney, why must he pay for City Attorney? Chairman Tourville replied that we have no choice but to have our attorney review property descriptions and City Clerk must sign to the County that it is correct. Motion by Tourville, second by Buesseler to table changes to Ordinance #8 regarding land swaps, for receipt of more information. Recess at 10:08. Meeting resumed at 10:20. Discussion of general changes to Ordinance #4. Motion by Tonrville, s?rond by Welk to Mart working cn changes to Ordinance #4 at the extra meetings beginning the third Tuesday in November with setting goals, and starting again in January. Motion carried unanimously. Discussion of City Maps. Commission member Welk stated we can use monies left over from 1987 to add to the $1200 budgeted for 1988. After the November meeting we will have a better idea of the amount we will have. Motion by Tourville, second by Welk to table the issue of City Maps until November, motion carried unanimously.
