City Attorney feels the only <br /> problem is on 60 day time limit and current Ordinance should be <br /> used. <br /> Motion by Buesseler, second by Vermeulen to grant a variance to <br /> Ordinance #8, Section 45.04 -3, Mr. Wegleitner must file within <br /> 60 days of Council approval as required by current Ordinance, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Buesseler, second by Lindgren recommending City <br /> Engineer supply City Council with written recommendation of <br /> approval of Wegleitner Plat, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Discussion of Ordinance #8 regarding land swaps. Clerk stated <br /> that Donald Opp feels he already paid his attorney, why must he <br /> pay for City Attorney? Chairman Tourville replied that we have <br /> no choice but to have our attorney review property descriptions <br /> and City Clerk must sign to the County that it is correct. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Buesseler to table changes to <br /> Ordinance #8 regarding land swaps, for receipt of more <br /> information. <br /> Recess at 10:08. <br /> Meeting resumed at 10:20. <br /> Discussion of general changes to Ordinance #4. Motion by <br /> Tonrville, s?rond by Welk to Mart working cn changes to <br /> Ordinance #4 at the extra meetings beginning the third Tuesday in <br /> November with setting goals, and starting again in January. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Discussion of City Maps. Commission member Welk stated we can <br /> use monies left over from 1987 to add to the $1200 budgeted for <br /> 1988. After the November meeting we will have a better idea of <br /> the amount we will have. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Welk to table the issue of City <br /> Maps until November, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Discussion of Public Hearing regarding Article #1, Section 32.01. <br /> Motion by Buesseler, second by Vermeulen to amend Ordinance #4, <br /> Section 32.01 as indicated in Public Notice except Section <br />
