r <br /> Page Five - Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> April 7, 1987 <br /> Commission members agreed that the Urban Service Boundary be extended <br /> to surround the most northeastern section of Industrial zoned land <br /> within the Centerville City limits, to be included as Proposed Urban <br /> Service Boundary. City engineers will do so. <br /> Buesseler expressed concern that Urban Service Boundary on the Land Use <br /> Map currently used in the Centerville City Hall and the Land Use Map <br /> being presented with the Comprehensive Sewer Plan Amendment do not <br /> coincide. The discrepancy seems to he with the Prcposed Single Fancily <br /> Residential /Conservation - Wetland Creek section off the most northeastern <br /> corner of Centerville Lake. City engineers will investigate the discrepancy. <br /> Motion by Chairman Tourville, second by Lindgren that the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission accept the Comprehensive Sewer Plan Amendment presented by <br /> Maier Stewart and Associates and recommend it be given to the City <br /> Council for approval, motion carried unanimously. <br /> An.endments to Ordinance #4 were agreed upon and are attached to and <br /> made a part of these minutes. <br /> lotion by Buesseler, second by `dermeulen to recommend the proposed <br /> amendments to Ordinance #4 as stated in these minutes to the City <br /> Council for approval, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Velk, second by Buesseler to recommend that the City Council <br /> have William Hawkins, city attorney, draft a letter /form to have Planned <br /> Unit Developers currently pursuing R -2A zoning sign, releasi:ig the City <br /> of Centerville from any liability, as the R -2A zoning is pending and <br /> amendment of Ordinance #8, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Clerk advised Commission members that four public hearings have been <br /> requested for May 5, 1987 and that it is not possible to complete the <br /> preliminary preparations for all four hearings prior to the May 5, 1987 <br /> scheduled meeting. <br /> Commission members agreed to have three public hearings May 5, 1987: <br /> possible amendment of Ordinance #8, Gerry Parent " -2A rezoning request <br /> for L'Allier Estates II, and Gerry Parent preliminary plat L'Allier Estates <br /> II. Don Opp regarding straightening of lot lines will be rescheduled for a <br /> June 2, 1987 public hearing. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Lingren to adjourn the meeting.
