r <br /> Page Four - Planning and Zoning <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> March 3, 1 987 <br /> in subsequent years. As per Exhibit A - Plot Plan. <br /> Plant materials lost in the first year must be replaced. <br /> 2. Provide a black topped parking area and access drive. <br /> 3. All applicable codes and ordinances must be met. <br /> 4. Access drive, parking area and garages will be located <br /> as per Exhibit A - Plot Plan. <br /> 5. Current parking and access drives not covered under <br /> Exhibit A will be eliminated and restored with grass <br /> or other landscaping. <br /> 6. Building will be modified as per Exhibit B - Building <br /> Elevation. <br /> 7. Letter of credit of 125% will be required for satisfactory <br /> completion of construction. Will confirm with Attorney. <br /> 8. Construction must be completed within 1 year of issuance <br /> of the building permit, except that, on application, the <br /> City Council after receiving recommendations of the <br /> Planning and Zoning may extend the permit for an additional <br /> period not to exceed 6 months. <br /> 9. These conditions apply to the present proposal to convert <br /> the current 2 unit structure to a 5 unit structure, with <br /> future expansion to a 6 unit structure as per Exhibit A. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> A memo from Peter Buesseler analyzing the Special Use Permit for <br /> 7159 Mill Drive was submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commis- <br /> sion and made a part of the January 6, 1987 minutes. This memo <br /> will be referred to the City Council to substantiate why the Commis - <br /> ion recommends approval of the Special Use Permit. <br /> Discussion as to who to recommend as the new Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission member were based on the resumes •submitted by Katrina <br /> Vermeulen and Carol Pelton. <br /> Motion by Buesselor, second by Welk to recommend that the City <br /> Council approve the appointment of Katrina Vermeulen to the <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Buesselor to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
