These conditions apply to the present proposal to convert <br /> the current 2 unit structure to a 5 unit structure, with <br /> future expansion to a 6 unit structure as per Exhibit B. <br /> Jerry Roach was asked to come back before Planning & Zoning <br /> Commission with finalized plans. <br /> Motion by Buesseler, second by Welk to accept in principle the <br /> Special Use Permit of Jerry Roach, 7159 Mill Road pending review <br /> of finalized exhibits to be presented by Jerry Roach at a future <br /> Planning & Zoning meeting. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> New Business: <br /> Table Road Specs until February meeting. <br /> Table Vice Chairman appointment till February meeting. <br /> In reference to Clerks question on placement of trailer house <br /> on lot in Centerville, Chairman Tourville referred her to <br /> Page 4 of Ord. #4, Paragraph 25 -07 and to request of Building <br /> Inspector any questions about Mn. State Building Code. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Lindgren to adjourn meeting, motion <br /> carried unanimously.
