Page Two - Planning and Zoning <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> December 2, 1986 <br /> Discussion of Special Use Permit for Jerry Roach, 7159 <br /> Mill Road. Letter presented to Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> referencing effect on property values. A copy of letter is <br /> attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> Discussion centered mainly around possible conditions of <br /> requested special use permit. Conditions presently being <br /> considered are as follows: <br /> - Tree berm to north from back of lot to front of <br /> building <br /> - Hard surfaced drive from road to front of building <br /> - All codes must be met <br /> - Letter of credit to guarantee completion <br /> - Time limit for completion of construction <br /> - Screen parking area <br /> - Put driveway on south and straighten approach <br /> - Define parking area with berm etc. on outer edge <br /> Clerk informed Mr. Roach sewer charges as of January 1, 1987 <br /> would be as follows: <br /> SAC - $525.0ox 6 = $3150.00 x 80% = 2520.00 <br /> Unit - $1550.00 x 6 =$9300.00 x 80 %= 440.00 <br /> Total $9960.00 <br /> Clerk will check to see if can require letter of credit <br /> or time limit for completion of construction with a <br /> special use permit. <br /> Discussion to be continued at the January meeting at 8:30 P.M. <br /> Mr. Roach will be present with a plan for driveway and <br /> parking area. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Murray to adjourn meeting, motion <br /> carried unanimously.
