Mr. Koch also wanted to know if he could have a <br /> recreational vehicle repair business in his pole barn. The <br /> Planning and Zoning consensus was a commercial venture is <br /> not allowed in a residential zone. <br /> Appearance of Greg Schmidt, Castle Design. Mr. Schmidt <br /> has two new homes at 7257 Centerville Road and 7268 Clearwater <br /> Drive framed in - one with shingles on - in the Peltier Lake <br /> Hills Addition #2. These two homes do not have the 12" <br /> overhang required by Ordinance #4 on the gable ends. The <br /> plans were approved as is by the building inspector. Motion <br /> by Murray, second by Welk to recommend to the City Council <br /> these homes be allowed to remain as is without the 12" overhang <br /> on the gable ends due to the fact the building inspector <br /> approved the plans as is, and they are already standing, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> Discussion on use of property at 6719 Centerville Road. A <br /> prospective buyer would like to put up a pole barn on that <br /> property and use it for auto body work. The Planning and <br /> Zoning consensus was that this would be a commercial venture <br /> in a residential zone which is not in compliance with <br /> Ordinance #4. <br /> Motion by Murray, second by Welk to recommend the Council <br /> review Ordinance #14, Section #11 with respect to plowing <br /> LaValle Drive, motion carried unanimously. <br /> The November Planning and Zoning meeting will be moved to <br /> November 6th due to the General Election being held on <br /> November 4th. <br /> Clerk will check on hook -up and SAC charges for the remodel <br /> of duplex to 6 unit building. Discussion of public hearing <br /> will be continued at November meeting. <br /> Commission member Buesseler will research how the remodelling <br /> of duplex at 7159 Mill Road to a six unit building meets with <br /> the comprehensive plan. <br /> The following items will be tabled until the November Planning <br /> and Zoning meeting, <br /> Building Numbers Ordinance <br /> Parking Ordinance <br /> Ordinance #4 - General Provisions <br /> - Administration <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Murray to adjourn meeting, motion <br /> carried unanimously.
