r <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> on August 5, 1986 at City Hall. Chairman Tourville called <br /> the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M. Present: Murray, Lindgren, <br /> Buesseler, Liaison Wilharber, Councilman Robischon. Absent: <br /> Welk. <br /> Motion by Lindgren, second by Buesseler to approve the minutes <br /> of the July 1 meeting; Lindgren, Buesseler, Tourville - aye, <br /> Murray - abstain, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Murray, second by Lindgren to submit the following <br /> budget for 1987 to the City Council: <br /> Meetings - $600.00 <br /> Seminars - $200.00 <br /> Maps - $100.00 <br /> Budget Total 1987 $900.00 <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission would like the Council <br /> to consider building into the 1987 budget money for some <br /> planning assistance. <br /> Discussion on Park and Recreation recommended changes to the <br /> resolution for regulations for authorizing the issuance <br /> of temporary non - intoxicating malt liquor licenses. The <br /> Planning and Zoning would like to suggest the Park and <br /> Recreation Committee consider the following: <br /> - #1 - Shorten the hours of beer sales <br /> Sat. - 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. <br /> Sun. - 12:00 Noon - 7 :00 p.m. <br /> - #2 - Vacate the premises by 8:00 p.m. excluding cleanup <br /> detail. <br /> - #3 - Satellites as recommended by the Park & Recreation <br /> Committee. <br /> - #4 - Hold deposit for 10 days and /or until inspected <br /> by the city. <br /> - Consider charging a fee for groups outside the city. <br /> Discussion on Ordinance #4 rewrite. Further discussion <br /> on general provisions as well as administration to be on <br /> next agenda. <br /> Motion by Murray, second by Buesseler to adjourn meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
