This Agreement includes attendance <br /> by the Consultant at regular scheduled Council <br /> or Commission meetings as directed by the Client <br /> and at a fixed fee of $70.00 for general meetings. <br /> Project related meetings will be charged to the <br /> specific project. <br /> 12. Termination of Agreement. This agreement may be <br /> terminated without cause by either the Client or <br /> the Consultant upon sixty (60) days written notice. <br /> In such case, the Consultant shall be compensated <br /> by the Client for all work satisfactorily completed <br /> prior to termination. In the event of such <br /> termination, all finished or unfinished documents, <br /> data, studies, survey drawings, maps, models, <br /> photographs, and reports prepared by the Consultant <br /> shall, at the option of the Client, become its <br /> property and the Consultant shall be entitled to <br /> receive just and equitable compensation for satisfactory <br /> work completed on such materials. <br /> Clerk will contact Mr. Wuornos to re- submit contract to the <br /> City Council with recommended changes. <br /> Motion by Buesseler, second by Murray to recommend to the <br /> City Council to enter into this Contract. <br /> Discussion on approach to Work Plan and Mr. Wuornos suggested <br /> to research community status first. Approve the work plan, <br /> assign tasks and determine who is going to do the research. <br /> Buesseler asked Mr. Wuornos for a more expanded work form <br /> in the area of Community Status so Commission would have <br /> a better idea of what we need from the Community. <br /> Appearance of Sherm Peters to discuss rezoning of Lots #1 and <br /> #2 block 5 from commercial to residential to make it more <br /> saleable. The commission suggested he contact Clerk and <br /> proceed with petitioning neighbors involved and if favorable <br /> proceed with rezoning. <br /> Brief discussion by Commission on Herman Strehlow property. <br /> He was not present.
