PARK AND RECREATION MEETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 1, 1995 <br /> PAGE 4 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> - P &R requests verification that funds were received from the '94 <br /> Night Golf Tourney. <br /> - Randy Haggerty, Recycling Coordinator, contacted Pelton about <br /> activities for Earth Day. <br /> Motion by Thompson, second by Larson to allow Haggerty to <br /> coordinate activities for Earth Day. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> - April Agenda: <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> APPEARANCES <br /> Roger Winberg <br /> Bill Bisek <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Acorn Creek Trail Easement <br /> 2. Golden Meadows Park Acquisition <br /> 3. Financial Report <br /> 4. Report on Rink - Rap -up <br /> 5. North Metro Rep Update <br /> 6. Recommendations for New Members <br /> 7. Discussion of Comp Plan <br /> - Larson requests that letters for users of ball fields be put on <br /> file. <br /> - Thompson discussed H2O cooler for Central Park be handicap <br /> accessible. <br /> Motion by Navin, second by Pelton that the future purchase of H2O <br /> fountain be accessible to handicap inside of the building. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> - P &R requests confirmation that letters were sent to former <br /> committee members Dixon, Reisdorfer, and Drilling thanking them. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> Motion by Larson, second by Thompson to adjourn.
