Article VII <br /> I <br /> AUTHORITY <br /> The authority of this committee is governed by the Centerville <br /> City Council and shall conduct its meetings pursuant to <br /> Robert's Rules of Order. <br /> Article VIII <br /> ANNUAL FINANCIAL BUDGET <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee will formulate an annual <br /> financial budget to be submitted to the Centerville City <br /> Council upon request for the Council's consideration and <br /> approval. <br /> Article IX <br /> AMENDMENTS <br /> These bylaws may be amended or annuled by a majority of the <br /> Park and Recreation Committee at any regular meeting of the <br /> committee, provided the members have been notified by mailing <br /> the proposed amendment not less than thirty (30) days in <br /> advance of the meeting at which a vote will be taken. <br /> 1 <br />
