Representation <br /> The committee sha71 consist of seven ,� members. One (1) <br /> member of the Centerville City Council will serve as ex- <br /> officio member without voting privileges. <br /> C. Terms of Members <br /> All appointments will be for two (2) year terms. <br /> D.
