P &R MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 1, 1994 <br /> PAGE SIX <br /> Motion by Navin, second by Dixon that the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee approve the request of North Metro Recreation to use <br /> Central Park as requested, June 27, 1994 through August 4, 1994, <br /> restricting the use of the park as needed for the City <br /> Celebration, City staff will advise, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Reisdorfer that North Metro <br /> Recreation be requested to submit a $200.00 key deposit, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Neil Reisdorfer - Request for Fields - June 18, 1994. <br /> Neil Reisdorfer advised that his reservation for the fields at <br /> Central Park for June 18, 1994 are cancelled. <br /> Park Planning and Design. <br /> Bill Bisek added that state officials are available to assist the <br /> Park and Recreation Committee plan and design parks. Mr. Bisek <br /> will check out and get back to the Park and Recreation Committee. <br /> Agenda Items: <br /> 1. City staff is directed to put on the July agenda that Park <br /> and Recreation Committee responsibilities be assigned. <br /> 2. City staff should also get new members phone numbers and <br /> addresses. <br /> 3. Also for July agenda, action plan with time lines needs to <br /> developed and /or approved. <br /> 4. Rick Thompson needs a copy of the Park and Trail <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> ADJOURN. <br /> Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Dixon to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
