P &R MEETING MINTUES <br /> JULY 7, 1993 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> Committee would like to direct activities and future development <br /> of the parks. <br /> The Mayor would like the Park and Recreation Committee to make a 1 <br /> list of any other issues that it would present to the City to <br /> make the functions of the Park and Recreation Committee to flow <br /> more smoothly. <br /> Night Golf. <br /> Committee member Drilling asked if the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee would be interested in doing the Nite Golf Fund Raiser. <br /> Committee member Reisdorfer and Chairperson Dixon stated that <br /> they would be willing to help but did not have time to run it. <br /> Committee member Navin asked if it might be better to run a full <br /> fledged golf tournament. <br /> Chairperson Dixon mentioned that the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee would then have to pay for the green fees where as the <br /> Nite Golf was donated by Anoka County in the past. <br /> Committee member Drilling will look into running the event and <br /> will contact Anoka County. <br /> Comprehensive Park and Trailways Plan <br /> Committee member Drilling asked Mayor John Buckbee what was his <br /> understanding regarding the status of the Comprehensive Park and <br /> Trailways Plan. The Park and Recreation committee questioned <br /> what was their responsibilities at this point. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> Motion by Dixon, second by Reisdorfer to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
