P &R MEETING MINUTES <br /> APRIL 7, 1993 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> MTKR DORSRY - LANDSCAPE STRUCTURES <br /> Mike Dorsey, Landscape Structures, was present. Mr. Dorsey noted <br /> that the Park and Recreation Committee needs the following: <br /> - proof of insurance, <br /> - product liability certificate <br /> and that independent equipment meets federal, state guidelines, <br /> etc. <br /> A ball maze panel instead of mirror and a dolphin instead of a <br /> space shuttle will be ordered_ <br /> At the next meeting the Park and Recreation Committee will review <br /> a new plan and price list. <br /> JIM SVENK .SON - KE • Y S A <br /> Jim Svenkeson, Kelly's Bar, appeared before the Park and <br /> Recreation Committee_ Mr_ Svenkeson noted that Kelly's Korner <br /> will be giving up Mondays and switching to Wednesdays and <br /> Fridays. <br /> It was noted that the Centennial Little League will have use of <br /> the fields on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday_ <br /> It was also noted that Kelly's Korner will have use of the fields <br /> on the weekends requested at the March 3, 1993 meeting. The <br /> approval is contingent upon the following: <br /> - Kelly's Korner will pick up the garbage after the <br /> scheduled tournaments; <br /> - No alcohol without a 3.2 License; <br /> - Maintain the infields as follows: <br /> - batter boxes packed down, not dug out, <br /> fields dragged; <br /> put lines on fields. <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee will meet with Bill Bisek, <br /> owner Kelly's Korner, at the May meeting to discuss whether he <br /> will pay $200.00 per tournament ($1,200.00 total) or donate <br /> goods. <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Dixon to send a thank you to Bill <br /> Bisek, Kelly's Korner, for adjusting his schedule, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> NORTHERN STATE POWER COMPANY - POSSTRT$ RRRATR - HOCKEY RINK <br /> J,TGHTS AT CRNTRAT, PARK. <br /> Tabled_ <br />
