P &R Meeting Minutes January 6, 1993 page two Bisek that prior to organization of the league, he • needs to meet with the Park and Recreation Committee to discuss their contributions to the maintenance of the ballfields, motion carried unanimously. 1993 Rndget Committee member Reisdorfer will meet with the Clerk /Administrator to discuss the $7,000 maintenance dollars included in the 1993 Park and Recreation Committee Budget. The Park and Recreation Committee would like the Clerk /Administrator to give the Convnittee an analysis of the 1992 expenditures, beginning with the 1991 carry over plus the 1992 • • allocation less 1992 expenditures. NEW BUSINESS Park Land Purnhase - L Estates Clerk /Administrator Ray Siebenaler was present and updated the Park and Recreation Committee on the purchase of land on Grange View in the L "Allier Estates development_ Clerk /Administrator Siebenaler advised that earnest money has been put down and a purchase agreement has been signed. Clerk /Administrator Siebenaler will forward information to the Park and Recreation Ccmunit.tee for their next meeting regarding matching grant funds. Stage Two - Water Tower Park Committee member Drilling will begin to look into the possible equipment to put in the park during 1993. Ms. Drilling will advise the Park and Recreation Committee as information becomes available_ Snowmobiles at Central Park Committee member Larson advised the Park and Recreation Committee that there are snowmobiles at Central Park_ The rink attendants are some of these individuals. Committee member Reisdorfer will handle this situation_ ADJOURN Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Navin to adjourn the meeting, motion carried unanimously.
