Grading and seeding to be completed by end of fall 1990. <br /> Tamara Miltz- Miller, Clerk /Administrator, needs to direct <br /> contractor to complete this project. <br /> 2. Committee member Reisdorfer presented a rough draft of <br /> grading and ideas for recreation facilities: <br /> A. Basketball court. <br /> B. Open field for informal ball playing games. <br /> C. Park benches. <br /> D. Tot -line equipment, i.e. swings, slide. <br /> E. Trail surrounding water tower. <br /> Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Drilling to accept layout of <br /> grading for the water tower park, motion carried unanimously. <br /> 3. Tamara Miltz- Miller, Clerk /Administrator, should direct the <br /> Public Works Department on the placement of the snow fence <br /> on south side of seedlings. This should help protect from <br /> possible damage from snow mobiles. <br /> CENTRAL PARK <br /> 1. Will place small tot -line and /or swings with park benches <br /> near soccer field. <br /> CENTER HTTJ, PARK <br /> Potential park land north of the Center Hills development will be <br /> looked into further by Chairperson Dixon. There are two ten acre <br /> parcels. One at a value of $37,300 and the other at $20,400. <br /> The value of the properties is from the Anoka County Assessors <br /> Office. The land is currently not for sale. <br /> November 13, 1990 Meeting <br /> The November 13, 1990 Park and Recreation Committee meeting will <br /> be devoted to detailing the long term development of <br /> Centerville's park and trail system. <br /> Adjourn <br /> Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Drilling to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
