P &R Meeting Minutes <br /> August 14, 1990 <br /> page three <br /> Member LeTendre has ordered all the equipment and will meet with <br /> golf course officials. <br /> Member LeTendre is to coordinate the event. <br /> Council Meeting <br /> Committee members will meet at the Water Tower Park on Wednesday, <br /> August 22, 1990 at 6:00 p.m. to review current grading. Also go <br /> over to Royal Meadows park to review its current status. <br /> Following that, members will go to the City Council meeting to <br /> discuss grade levels. <br /> Roval Meadows Park <br /> Motion by Dixon, second by LeTendre to direct Tamara Milts- <br /> Miller, Clerk /Administrator to have sand put in park sand box and <br /> give Park and Recreation Committee more information regarding the <br /> request for sand by the swings, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Handicap Accessibility Central Park <br /> Motion by Dixon, second by Reisdorfer to have Tamara Miltz- <br /> Miller, Clerk /Administrator, direct Orville Hughes, Public Works <br /> Director, to put up handicap railings and do a final grade around <br /> the concrete patio and sidewalk, motion carried unanimously. <br /> City Tractor <br /> Member Drilling noted that several people have approved her <br /> feeling that the large tractor was a Park and Recreation purchase <br /> when it was actually a City purchase. <br /> Lone Term Development of Centerville Parks <br /> Table unit next regular meeting. <br /> 199 Budget <br /> Total budget for 1991 of $35,400 was detailed and left for Tamara <br /> Miltz- Miller, Clerk /Administrator. A copy of the Park and <br /> Recreation Committee's proposed 1991 budget is on file with the <br /> Clerk/Adminsitrator. <br /> Planning and Zoning Joint Meeting <br /> Issue tabled until next regular meeting. <br /> Matting for Central Park <br /> Member Dixon will obtain additional samples and costing <br /> information for the matting needed on the concrete for the <br /> skating season. <br />
