represent the park dedication land that would connect Royal Meadows Park, the <br /> proposed Clearwater Creek Trail, Centerville Elementary School property, and the <br /> proposed L'Allier Estates II park land, acquiring the minimum amount of land, and <br /> preserving the natural feature of the windbreak. The intended use of the trail <br /> would be for hiking, biking, and crosscounty skiing. The graphic representation <br /> of the land, the percentage of land and supplemental cash in lieu, not to exceed <br /> 10%, will be supplied to P & Z . <br /> Appel made a motion to recommend to the City Council that a developer attend the <br /> P & R meeting with a proposed grading plan when his development is being discussed, <br /> and that the developer contact P & Z (who will have been given P & R's comprehensive <br /> plan), then P & R, and then the City Council for final approval, second by LeTendre, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> Jerry Jolly of the Waterworks Bar, contacted P & R to make reservations for <br /> softball tournaments on 'iay 30 - 31, June 20 - 21, July 25 - 26, and August 8 - 9. <br /> His work phone number is 774 -9207, and he works Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and <br /> Monday nights. His home phone number is 778 -1846. P & R requests the City <br /> Clerk to give a copy of the policies when the liquor permit is issued, and that <br /> a copy of the liquor permit be given to the police the week before the tournament, <br /> specifically ;iay 33 - 31. <br /> Paschke made a motion to recommend to the City Council that they make a policy <br /> of charging $200 for field use per weekend of tournament, and that $10 per man <br /> per hour will be charged from the $200 refundable damage deposit if necessary. <br /> Nonprofit organizations will be reviewed on a per case basis for exemption from fees. <br /> Other tournament policies are to remain in effect, second by LeTendre, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> lotion to adjourn at 9:40 P.M. by LeTendre, second by Appel, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br />
