Committee member Drilling will supply City Staff with a list of names. Band and Timbers for Water Tower Park Committee Navin noted that the timbers are drilled and already cut. Friday, May 8, 1992 is that date for the laying out of the timbers at the Water Tower Park. The Committee has not yet received quotes for the sand. Committee members Drilling and Navin will check into the sand, with a possible delivery next week. The cost for the sand is approximately $2,300.00. / Tax Tncrement Financing Chairperson Dixon will research the possibility of requesting Tax Increment Financing for the installation of the outdoor lights at Central Park. Budget Line Items. Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Dixon to appoint Committee member Reisdorfer to discuss the procedure with the Clerk /Administrator as to removing the exact dollar amount of the maintenance expenditures from the 1992 budget, motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Replacement of Swing Seat at the Royal Meadows Park Orville Hughes, Public Works Director, noted in a memo dated May 6, 1992 that the swing seat at the Royal Meadows Park was in need of replacement. Mr. Hughes also requests that an extra seat be ordered. Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Dixon to authorize Orville Hughes, Public Works Director, to order replacement swing seats, motion carried unanimously. Ditch Cleaning Liaison Committee member Reisdorfer will be the Park and Recreation Committee's Representative for the ditch cleaning project for the ditch that abuts Central Park.
