Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> on Wednesday, March 4, 1992 at the City Hall. Chairperson called <br /> the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. Present: Drilling, Navin, <br /> Reisdorfer. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Drilling to approve the February <br /> 5, 1992 meeting minutes with the following corrections: <br /> Page 2, Paragraph 5 <br /> Now Reads: "Chairperson Drilling asked Weber <br /> Electric.. <br /> Amend to Read: "Chairperson Dixon asked Weber <br /> Electric..." <br /> Page 4, Paragraph 7 <br /> Now Reads: "Motion by Drilling, second by <br /> Reisdorfer to request that any one <br /> on the City Council or <br /> Administration Staff that is making <br /> decisions that effect the Park and <br /> Recreation Committee, that the Park <br /> and Recreation Committee be <br /> informed, even if it is something <br /> that has been done before with out <br /> Park and Recreation Committee's <br /> knowledge, motion carried <br /> unanimously." <br /> Amend to Read: "Motion by Drilling, second by <br /> Reisdorfer to request that any one <br /> on the City Council or <br /> Administration Staff that is making <br /> decisions that effect the Park and <br /> Recreation Committee, that the Park <br /> and Recreation Committee be <br /> informed, even if it is something <br /> that has been done before with or <br /> without the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee's knowledge, motion <br /> carried unanimously." <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> APPEARANCES <br /> Carol Pelton, City Council Member <br /> Carol Pelton, City Council member, was in attendance to update <br /> the Park and Recreation Committee as to where the trees will be <br /> planted in the Water Tower Park on Arbor Day by the Centerville <br /> Elementary third graders. <br />
