Park and Recreation Meeting Minutes February 5, 1992 page four The Park and Recreation Committee appeared to be interested in transplanting the trees. Ms. Felton noted that the ground breaking could be in April /May of 1992. The trees located in the first portion of the property are up for grabs. The Park and Recreation Committee could contract out the transplanting of the trees. Agenda Ttem for Next Meeting Go to proposed municipal building site and mark trees for possible transplant. User Fees for Use of Facilities It appeared to be the consensus of the Park and Recreation Committee members present that a user fee would not be charged at this time, except for tournaments, but will be reconsidered if there appears to be a problem with vandalism. Deposits will still be in effect. Metropolitan Mosquito Control District Contact. Person Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Dixon to recommend to the City Council that Mike Navin be appointed as Centerville "s representative to the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District , motion carried unanimously. Park and Recreation Activities Motion by Drilling, second by Reisdorfer to request that any one on the City Council or Administration Staff that is making decisions that effect the Park and Recreation Committee, that the Park and Recreation Committee be informed, even if it is something that has been done before with out Park and Recreation Committee's knowledge, motion carried unanimously.
