P &R Special Meeting Minutes <br /> December 11, 1991 <br /> page two <br /> Park and Recreation Maintenance Charges for the City Public Works <br /> DPDartment <br /> It is felt that since the Park and Recreation Committee does not <br /> have direct control `over these charges, it would be more <br /> appropriate to have these costs removed from the Park and <br /> Recreation Committee budget. The Park and Recreation Committee <br /> would like the Clerk /Administrator to advise as to the steps <br /> necessary to accomplish this. <br /> $katina Hours <br /> Committee member Navin advised the Park and Recreation Committee <br /> that the Centerville Tree Farm would be willing to contribute <br /> $400.00 - $500.00 toward rink attendant salaries so that the <br /> warming house hours could be extended during the Christmas break. <br /> Committee member Navin will follow -up on this. <br /> Future Park and Recreation Committee Meeting Date <br /> Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Navin to recommend to the City <br /> Council that the future Park and Recreation Committee meetings be <br /> held on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m., motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> Motion by Dixon, second by Navin to adjourn the meeting, motion <br /> carried unanimously.
