P &R Meeting Minutes <br /> December 5, 1991 <br /> page two <br /> Tree Farm Fund Raiser <br /> Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Drilling that prices for the <br /> Centerville Tree Farm Fund Raiser Concession Stand shall be as <br /> follows: <br /> - Hot Dogs $1.00 <br /> - Pop $ .50 <br /> - Hot Chocolate $ .50 <br /> - Candy $ .50 <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> Water Tower Ptavground Equipment <br /> Tabled. <br /> Hockey Rink Lights <br /> Tabled. <br /> Hiring o f a y for Pa k and R e Lion Commit+ M t <br /> Motion by Navin, second by Reisdorfer that unless a volunteer is <br /> found to take the meeting minutes at the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee meetings, the current system of alternating members <br /> will continue, motion carried unanimously. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Special Meeting <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Navin to schedule a special meeting <br /> to be held on Wednesday, December 11, 1991 at the Central Park <br /> Building at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the December 5, 1991 tabled <br /> issues, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Sub-Committees <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee plans to break down its <br /> responsibilities and have a Park and Recreation Committee member <br /> be responsible for (chair) each. The following is a list of <br /> potential categories: <br /> - Nite Golf Fund Raiser <br /> - Tree Farm Fund Raiser <br /> - Central Park Rinks <br /> - Water Tower Park Improvements <br /> - City Celebration <br /> - Treasurer <br /> - Maintenance <br /> - Baseball Fields <br /> These will be addressed at the February 1992 meeting. Committee <br /> member Navin will be responsible the Tree Farm Fund Raiser. <br /> Committee member Reisdorfer will be responsible for the Central <br /> Park Skating Rinks. <br />
