Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> on Tuesday, February 12, 1991 at the City Hall. Chairperson <br /> Dixon called the meeting to order at 7;05 p.m. Present: <br /> Drilling, Reisdorfer, LeTendre. Absent; Downing. <br /> Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Dixon to approve the January 15, <br /> 1991 meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> EARYLLAND_ MB. JOSEPH MO_O_RE <br /> Mr. Joseph Moore, 7353 20th Avenue North, was not able to attend, <br /> but his daughter-in-law Diane Moore did, Joe Moore owns ten <br /> acres, and Donald and Diane Moore own ten acres, The Park and <br /> Recreation Committee presented a general idea of what park land <br /> they would like to acquire. <br /> P' 4 R_C _4 S w4. TA '_4 <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee had no additions at this time <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee requests maPs of the City of <br /> Centerville and a copy of the Comprehensive Flans for each <br /> member. They also would like to have Plans from developers as <br /> they come up. The Park and Recreation Committee would like to <br /> have the most current map of the City of Centerville available <br /> with areas marked off that have been purchased for development, <br /> industrial, all housing, etc. Member LeTendre will contact Lino <br /> Lakes for their plans for trails and Dark, Member Reisdorfer <br /> will make up a reviewal of what the Park and Recreation Committee <br /> has planned so far with parks and trails for the next meeting, <br /> PARK EQU 'w 4 At ' A_rA 74,4 <br /> Tabled until next meeting. <br /> _GEN RA P'R PUflE v4 TIM. <br /> The cost to complete the rubber matting for the entire building <br /> at Centrdl Dark will be f=prsovimatelv $4.000.00, Chairperson <br /> Dixon and Member LeTendre will request the money from the City <br /> Council. <br /> C C t. 74_ '4ts <br /> It was noted that there is no concessions at Central Park at this <br /> time. <br /> RECRFATTONAL JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee did not have any questions at <br /> this time regarding Lino Lakes" withdrawal from the Recreational <br /> Joint Powers Agreement. <br /> Motion by Reisdorfer, second by Dixon to continue with the <br /> Recreational Joint Powers Agreement with the cities of Circle <br /> Pines and Lexington with a part time employee, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br />
