PROPOSED RINK A T NDANT P RSONNE POLTCv Member Drilling will call the cities of Circle Fines and Lexington to find out who is in control of the warming house legally in their respective cities. The Park and Recreation would like to know exactly whose responsibility legally it is to: - Follow up on complaints; - Hire, fire, investigate, manage rink help and make sure duties are done on a day to day basis. After clarification, the Park and Recreation Committee will write the personnel policy regarding rink attendants. Dale Larson, Public Works Employee, removed the gas tank. When the tractor was repaired the gas tank was returned. The Park and Recreation would like to add to rink policy that the attendants should call City Hall if they are low on gas.
