Two Year Warranty <br /> TrueRide Inc. products are warranted against <br /> structural failure for two years and for one year on <br /> Skatelite skating surface for one year from date of <br /> purchase. TrueRide Inc. will repair, without charge, <br /> any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. <br /> This warranty does not apply where repairs have <br /> been made or attempted by others not affiliated with <br /> or authorized by TrueRide Inc. Repair required by <br /> normal ware, neglect, abuse, accident, use of products <br /> for other than the intended purpose, and acts of <br /> Nature or God are not warranted. This warranty does <br /> not apply when the suggested maintenance is <br /> neglected by purchaser in a way that diminishes the <br /> integrity of the product. The warranty is also void if <br /> products are assembled or disassembled improperly <br /> by purchaser. This warranty gives the purchaser <br /> specific legal rights which may vary from state to <br /> state. This warranty is not transferable to another <br /> party if equipment is sold by the original purchaser. <br />
