Determination of responsibility for Eagle Park. Who is responsible for grass cutting
and weed control around Eagle Park and the paved pathway back to the "sports pad "? And what
is the purpose of the "sports pad "? It should be completed into either a tennis or basketball court.
Weeds should be controlled around the trees lining the pathway. (See Attachment F).
The City of Centerville should be requiring the developer /contractor of Eagle Pass to correct
these issues and should also conduct periodic inspections to insure maintenance of these issues.
This is the fourth summer that the residents of Eagle Pass have had to endure this construction
environment, and while we understand it takes time to sell all the lots, we also believe that
construction debris, weeds, roads and sidewalks can and should be maintained to a certain
standard. We also believe the city should take a close look at allowing further development of
outlots if the present development cannot be maintained in an acceptable manner.
We request immediate action on these items and the opportunity to further discuss these issues
with city officials and inspector during on -site tour of the development.
FOR THE ASSOCIATION. %
- i I _. / .
