NOT APPROVED <br /> CENTERVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COM IITTEE <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 18, 2000 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Centerville Economic Development <br /> Committee held their regularly scheduled meeting on July 18, 2000 at City Hall, <br /> 1880 Main Street. <br /> Present: Chairperson Tim Rehbine <br /> Committee Member Lori Dorn <br /> Committee Member Mary Capra <br /> Committee Member Betsy Scheller <br /> Committee Member Paul Montain <br /> Absent: Committee Member John Magill <br /> Committee Member Michelle Moser <br /> Committee Member Dick Travis (Council liaison) <br /> Staff: Jim March, City Administrator <br /> Kris Sweeney <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairperson Tim Rehbine called the meeting to order at approximately 7:08 p.m. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> June 20, 2000, Economic Development Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Ms. Dorn, seconded by Mr. Rehbine to approve the June 20, 2000, Economic <br /> Development Committee Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion carried. Mr. Montain <br /> and Ms. Capra abstained. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Design Team — "Ideas in Action" <br /> Mr. Rehbine had a telephone interview with a member of the Design Team to discuss <br /> implementing designs in the community and to give Design Team visit feedback. <br /> a. City Theme — Historical <br /> Ms. Capra suggested that we investigate a historical marker. She will contact the <br /> State of Minnesota to get more information on a historical marker. <br />
