Sue Meeker of the DNR offered to help staff obtain a copy of all registered <br /> snowmobile owners within the City. <br /> Jerid Helmbrecht (1745 Main Street) questioned how many times the Police <br /> Department have gone out onto the lakes. <br /> Chief Heckman answered that there have been two (2) occasions of Police <br /> Officers going out on the lake. Chief Heckman stressed the importance of <br /> neighborhoods forming Neighborhood Crime Watch Groups. Also, if we were to <br /> compare the number of registered snowmobiles to the number of complaints, the <br /> ratio for complaints would be very low. <br /> Motion by Council Member Nelson, seconded by Council Member Broussard <br /> Vickers to close the Public Hearing at 8:12 p.m. All in favor.
