CONSENT AGENDA <br /> XL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Planning & Zoning <br /> Council Member Broussard Vickers stated the Planning and Zoning Commission has been <br /> working on re- writing Ordinance #4 (Zoning). Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated the <br /> Commission would like to get the changes and information out to the public through articles in <br /> the City newsletter and possibly the Quad. The Commission would like to have resident's <br /> questions and concerns forwarded to the Commission members. <br /> XII. ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> Mr. March is working with Ethers on the TIF reports. Ethers is assisting the City in drafting a <br /> response to the state auditor requests for allocation, etc. <br /> XIII.
