All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville November 24, 2009 through December 9, 2009 Claims (Check <br />#24990 – 25016Check #25017 – 25025) <br />) & ( <br /> <br />2.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through November 25, 2009 <br />(Check #7540 – 7554) <br /> <br />3.P&R Recommendation to Continue Support of the YMCA’s Park Play Days <br />Program for 2010 – Not to exceed $1,500. <br />4. P & R Request for Funding for Skate Night/Horse Drawn Hayride – Not to <br />exceed $750. <br /> 5. P & R Recommendation for Centennial Little League’s Use of Ball Fields at <br /> Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park in 2010. <br /> <br />Councilmember Love requested Consent Agenda Item 2 be removed for discussion and <br />clarification. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Paar to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through November 25, 2009 <br />(Check #7540 –7554) <br /> <br />Councilmember Love expressed his concern regarding types of expenditures that should <br />not be paid for by the City. Council and Staff agreed and it was discussed and clarified <br />that the noted expenditure questioned was not a common place occurrence. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the Consent Agenda Item 2: Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through <br />November 25, 2009(Check #7540 –7554) as presented.
