City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 10, 2009 <br />City Attorney Glaser agreed, stating with the Open Meeting Laws, the City should <br />provide email addresses for those commissioners that hold public hearings. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated she appreciates having the City email address and would be in favor <br /> <br />of providing email addresses for the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the cost of additional email addresses for the Planning and Zoning <br />and Park and Recreational Commissions. It was the consensus of the Council for Staff to <br />obtain the cost for the additional emails and present to Council at the November 23, 2009 <br />City Council meeting. <br /> <br />The City Council discussed the rescheduling of the December City Council meetings. It <br />was the consensus of the Council to hold the December City Council meetings on <br />Wednesday, December 9, 2009, and Tuesday, December 29, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Department Reports <br /> <br />Councilmember Paar reported on the Fire Department Meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Love reported on the Park and Recreation Meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra reported on the Police Governing Board. She also reported on the success <br />of the Good Turn Event. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Paar, seconded by Love to adjourn the November 10, 2009 City Council <br />Meeting at 7:29 p.m. All in favor.
