CALL TO ORDER <br /> Roll Call <br /> Chairperson Seeley called the January 6, 2010 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to order at <br /> 6:36 p.m. <br /> Chairperson Seeley welcomed Mayor Capra to the committee as the Council Liaison. <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> Chairperson Seeley requested adding Mr. Mathew Neutkens under Appearances for an update on <br /> the installation of the bluebird houses in City parks. Chairperson Seeley also requested the <br /> addition of a discussion on the rotation of' Chair and Vice -Chair positions within the committee <br /> under Committee Business #1. <br /> Committee Member Grahek requested adding a discussion of the history of parks as far as future <br /> developments, plans, additions, and a park overview under Committee Business #2. <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Amundsen, seconded by Committee Member <br /> Haiden, to set the agenda with above additions. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The committee also requested to have the monthly engineering report included in the packet. <br /> 1 of 4 <br />
