<br />Planning and Zoning Minutes of August 6, 1996 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ordinance 44A <br /> <br />MOTION by Vermeulen, second by Drilling to amend ordinance 44A as follows: <br /> <br />NOW READS: <br /> <br />Section 2. All buildings erected on land within the commercial and <br />industrial zoning districts shall be of wood frame, steel, reinforced <br />concrete, masonry or an equivalent or better material. No building shall <br />have pole barn type construction nor an exterior wall surface of sheet <br />metal. Exterior wan surfaces of all buildings shall be face brick, glass, <br />stone, decorative block, architectural concrete cast in place, pre-cast <br />concrete panel, or architectural metal panel. Wood may be used as a trim <br />material. <br /> <br />AMEND TO READ: <br /> <br />Section 2.
