Because their lot is on a comer it is considered a side lot <br />they would only be allowed to put up a 4 foot fence. <br /> <br />The application for the variance request completed by the Nelsons explains the reasons for <br />a 6 foot privacy fence. <br /> <br />No residents present regarding this issue. <br /> <br />MOTION by Drilling, second by Welk to adjourn the public hearing for the Nelson Fence <br />variance request. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - Rezoning of the Hensel Property <br /> <br />Called to order 7: 15 p. m. <br /> <br />The Hensel property is a 15 acre parcel that is currently zoned Conservation, Single <br />Family Residential - Future Expansion, and Single Family Residential. Mr. Goertz stated <br />that rezoning the property is part of the purchase agreement. <br /> <br />...- <br /> <br />The portion of the property zoned for single family residential is also already in the MUSA <br />boundaries. . <br /> <br />The proposal is to rezone the property to high density single family (R2A). <br /> <br />The sketch plan showed extending Centerville Road to the south with cul-de-sacs to the <br />east and west with approximately 19 lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Goertz stated he would petition the city for improvements. <br /> <br />PZ7-9MM.WPS <br /> <br />1 <br />
