Mr. March responded no access is available through <br />the Eagle Pass development. <br /> <br />Steve and Sara Lieffiing (1724 Heritage) questioned the direction of the drainage. Ms. Lieffiing <br />commented the land north of the project is built up and rain water drains into the back yards <br />causing ponding. Ms. Padilla explained drainage is directed to pool behind the existing Barett <br />house. Ms. Lieffiing then questioned exposure of the garbage container. Mr. Dillion stated <br />garbage is self contained within the garage. <br /> <br />Ms. Welk asked whether there is sufficient parking at the facility. Mr. Dillion stated, most senior <br />parking is based on a 1/2: 1 ratio. Mr. March suggested overflow parking can be directed to the <br />public works parking lot for special events. <br /> <br />MOTION by Ms. Vermeulen to close the public hearing. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />Action on Senior Housina Special Use Permit <br />Mr. March explained the Special Use Permits have the following Standards: <br />All activities upon such property will comply with Ordinance 4 of the City of Centerville and any <br />other building and zoning codes and ordinances~ the building will be harmonious and appropriate <br />in the area~ will not be hazardous or disturbing to neighboring uses, and will not result in traffic <br />congestion nor create excessive additional public expense. <br /> <br />MOTION by Ms. Broussard-Vickers to grant the Special Use Permit for "Chauncey Barett <br />Garden" Senior Housing Project, consistent with the 64.02 Special Use Permit standards, and <br />contingent upon investigation of traffic congestion. Motion seconded by Ms. Vermeulen. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />
