<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />MAY 4, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held their regularly <br />scheduled meeting on May 4, 2004, at 6:30 p. m. <br />PRESENT: <br />Chairperson Brian Hanson <br />CommissionerJohn McLean <br /> CommissionerJenneferKlennertHunt <br /> CommissionerMichelleLakso <br /> CommissionerTomWilharber <br />ABSENT: <br />None. <br />COUNCIL: <br />Ms. Linda Broussard Vickers <br />STAFF: <br />Ms.Moore-Sykes <br />I. CALLTOORDER <br />1.Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />II. PUBLICHEARING(S) <br />1.Mr. Burgstahler, 7381 Old Mill Road – Request for Lot Split <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br />Mr. Burgstahler addressed the Commission and explained his request. <br />The Commission asked Staff to confirm the zoning of the property. Staff consulted the <br />zoning map and determined that the property is zoned R-1. <br />Chair Hanson explained that Mr. Burgstahler would need to request a rezone of the <br />property because the current request does not meet the R-1 requirements. <br />The Commission requested that Staff set up the public hearing on the rezone at the <br />Council level to avoid delays. <br />Motion by Commissioner Wilharber, seconded by Commissioner McLean to close <br />the public hearing.
