Planning and Zoning Commission <br />June 1, 2004 <br />Meeting Minutes <br />No commercial dumpster on M1 on residential lots including those that are commercial <br />and rented out for residential purposes. <br />No above ground fuel tanks in the residential district and M1 district exempting out R1. <br />Staff to look into wording from other cities. <br />Mr. Palzer indicated the reference to public works director should be the City because <br />public works does not permit. He then said that it states that every applicant for a <br />building permit needs a storm water permit. <br />Chair Hanson indicated that anything smaller than one acre or larger or if closer to a <br />creek or lake where runoff could cause issues, permits are required. <br />Mr. Palzer indicated he would like to define a buffer zone around the ponds to get <br />residents to stop maintaining them. <br />Consent to do natural height and conduct research on noxious weed requirements. <br />Chair Hanson asked about snowmobiles and ATVs and the potential of disallowing usage <br />within the City based on what is happening in Lino. <br />Ms. Bender agreed to provide an update at the next meeting <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> 1. May 4, 2004 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Wilharber, seconded by Commissioner Lakso to approve <br />the Minutes of May 4, 2004, as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />VIII.
