Mr. Ray Olson, B & R Properties - Concept/Site Plat Review 6805 - 20th Avenue <br />(Manufacturing & Mini-Storage) <br /> <br />Mr. Ray Olson addressed the Commission and provided an overview of his proposed plan <br />for a building housing manufacturing and mini-storage. <br /> <br />Council Liaison Broussard Vickers commented that the easement appeared to be right <br />through the proposed location for the building. <br /> <br />Mr. Olson indicated that he and Mr. Rehbein would be working on the specific location <br />for the easement. <br /> <br />Page 1 of3 <br />
