Mr. Peterson stated that he felt this could be rezoned easier if it was owner-occupied <br /> residential rather than rental. NEW BUSINESS <br /> Public Works Rec�uest for Proposals <br /> Mr. March reviewed the request for proposals that is being sent to potential developers for <br /> the Public Work site and stated that the residents in the area were also notified of the <br /> City's intention for this property. <br /> Set Workshop Dates for Ordinance #4 Rewrite <br /> The Commission set the following dates in January for workshops on the Ordinance #4 <br /> rewrite for Tuesdays, January 18 and 25, 2000. <br /> V.
