Ms. Capra briefed the committee on the "Historical Register <br /> Guidelines" for properties that qualify to be on the registry. Ms. Capra suggested <br /> contacting property owners in the City who have a property older than 50 years old, to see <br /> if they have an interest in preserving the historical value of their property. Ms. Capra ���ill <br /> identify property owners who qualify, and together with A�s. Dorn will draft a letter for <br /> the property o�vners regarding possible historical value. The letter �vould be sent along <br /> �i�ith a"Commonly asked Questions" brochure for their review.
