Chairperson Michael Navin called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Present: Chairperson Michael Navin <br /> Dale Larson <br /> Doug Porter <br /> Karla DeVine <br /> Terry Sweeney <br /> Steve Brown (arrived at 6:45) <br /> Absent: None <br /> Staff: Jim Ma.rch <br /> Jill Lien ' <br /> ROLL CALL � <br /> CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> November 3, 1999 Park and Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Mr. Porter to approve the November 3, 1999 Park and Recreation Meeting <br /> Minutes. Motion seconded by Mr. Larson. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> APPEARANCES <br /> Mr. Ted Mattke appeared on behalf of Mr. Rick Carlson for the proposed Second Addition of the <br /> Parkview Development. Mr. Mattke explained that the property is located south of LaMotte <br /> Park. They are proposing to develope approximately 40 — 42 single family homes, with two (2) <br /> cul-de-sacs. The homes will have fult basements with walkouts, and will range from <br /> approxirr►ately $170,000 -$200,000 with a high end between $250,000 -$275,000. Mr. Mattke <br /> mentioned that Mr. Carlson is willing to install a trail along the backside of the proposed <br /> development. <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
