In addition, an agreement was submitted for consideration between <br /> the Carpenters and the City of Centerville. (Exhibit A) <br /> Councilmember Brenner moved and it was seconded to a��rove the aa eement for the �vatermain <br /> and sanitarv sewer on 20th Avenue and between the prot�ertzes of Gar�enter Auto Badv <br /> lCar�enter Businessl�the Car�enter Residence and Reel Manufacturing, Tncorporated Motion <br /> carried unanimouslv. <br /> Mavor �ti�ilharber moved and it was seconded to direct the Citv Administrator to im�lement the <br /> settlement a�reement between the Cit.� of Centerville and the Car�enters and to proceed with new <br /> assessments as advised.
