The developers' agreement is in <br /> accordance with the city and is ready to be finalized so that the developer can begin to seli lots. <br /> Also, he can begin to pull building and grading permits. A resolution is attached approving the <br /> plans and specifications and authorizing advertisement af bids for the Parkview Development. <br /> Cuz July 14, 1998 has been considered for the Parkview Development bid openin�. <br /> � <br /> Final gradin� Plan <br /> Mr. Carlson noted submittal of a certificate of insurance, payment and performance bond to the <br /> City. Mr. Makkee (Makkee Enbineering) explained the drainage plan and nated amendments as <br /> per the Planning Commission and the City Engineer. <br /> Mr. Orville Hughes (1793 Center Street) stressed his concern regarding drainage on the south <br /> east corner of the development where there are several manicured rock gardens. March commented on another agenda itenn -�enior Housing Barett House and Garage. <br /> Mr. March recommended the CounciI consider selling the Barett garage and remove or destroy <br /> the home. Mr. March suggested accepting sealed proposals on the garage and to destroy the <br /> house since there is no salvage value. Mr. Palzer noted several items in the Barett house needed <br /> to be addressed in order to rent the house.
