ANNUAL MEETING <br /> The Annual Meeting of the Princeton Park Board shall be the first <br /> regular meeting in the m�nth of January for each year. Such meeting <br /> shall be devoted to the election of officers for the ensuing year and <br /> such other business as shal� be scheduled by the Board. <br /> SECTION TWO. REGULAR MEETII�7G ' <br /> Regular meetings of the Board shall be held in the City Hal1 at � <br /> 7:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month. At such meeting the Boare �, <br /> shall consider all matters properly brought before it without the ', <br /> necessity of prior notice thereof given to any members. A regular � <br /> meeting may be cancelled or rescheduled by the Board at a prior �� <br /> meeting. '� <br /> SECTION THREE. SPECIAL MEETINGS I <br /> Special meetings of the Board shall be held at a time and place <br /> designated by the officer calling the same and shall be called by the <br /> Chairman or Vice Chairman. Written notice thereof shall be given to <br /> all members not less than twenty-four hours in advance thereof. Special <br /> meetings, as well as all other meetings shall be open to the public. <br /> SECTION FOUR. QUORUM. <br /> At any meeting of the Board a quorum shall consist of four members <br /> of the Board. No action shall be taken in absence of a quorum, except <br /> to adjourn the meeting to a subsequent date. <br /> SECTION FIVE. VOTING <br /> At meetings of the Board each member shall be entitled to cast <br /> one vote. Vote shall be by voice only. No tally will be made as to <br /> votes cast. The vote shall be recorded as "passing," "passing unanimously, <br /> or "failing." In the event that any member shall have a personal <br /> interest of any kind in a matter, then before the vote he/she shall <br /> disclose his/her interest and.be disqualified from voting upon the <br /> matter, and the Secretary shall so record in the minutes that no vote <br /> was cast by such member. The affirmative vate of a simple majority <br /> of thase members in attendance shall be necessary for the adoption of <br />
