Lien spoke with Katie Kubic, l�is <br /> assistant. Ms. Kubic informed Ms. Lien that they are in negotiations with the printer over <br /> the fees. Ms. Kubic stated they have an"On- Site Director" lined up for the daily <br /> activities. The dates will run from Monday, June 11`� — Friday, August 17�' (not �pen on <br /> Ju1y 4`�). The hours are �r�m 9;00 a.m — 3.00 p.m., with e�ended hours from 6:30 — <br /> 9:00 a.m. and again from 3:00 — 6:00 p.m. The age requirements are from b— 10 years <br /> old. The� are also looking at options for bus pick-up at Rice Lake Elementary, Forest <br /> Lake and City Hall. Mr. March <br /> will be contacting Dean �ohnson �f Resource Strategies for cansultation. 'I'he City will <br /> � n�ed ta hold a public hearing and then submit the Gomp Plan Amendment request to Met <br /> Council for final approval. <br /> Earth Dav <br /> I� Mr. Walter distributed a mema ta the Committee explaining some of the activitie� <br /> � planned for Eaa�th Day.
