Mr. �uechler <br /> Mr. Buechler stated that he had not used the previously received overwEight permit <br /> granted by Council due to the use of a vehicle that weighed under the posted tonna.ge. <br /> 11Rr. Buechler requested that Council consider granting an additional overweight permit <br /> for seven (7) tons in order to bring a pumper truck into the construction site and pump <br /> concrete far the floors. <br /> Mr. Peterson questioned if 1dlr. Buechle� would be bringing in only one (1) truck. li�Ir. <br /> �uechler concurred. <br /> Council Member Capra questioned whether a permit �vould neEd to be granted due to <br /> road rest�rictions being anticipated to be lifted within several ciays. Mr. Peterson statecl <br /> that Mound Trail is posted for five (5� tans when weight restrictions are removed. Mr. <br /> Petersan stated that Council pre�riously approved Mr. Buechler's request because Maund <br /> Trail is in good condition a.nd stated that he felt that one (1) vehicle would not degrade <br /> same. <br /> Council Memb�r Broussard �Ii�kers questioned whether the corraccrete trucks would a1�o <br /> be �ver the roads posted limit. Mr. Buechler stated that the trucks would not be fi�led to <br /> rna,xi.mum capacity. <br /> Council Member Capra que�tioned v�hether the wet conditions in the area posed a <br /> problem for the roadway.
